NewsletterFit

Choosing the wrong newsletter platform can cost you thousands as your audience grows. This calculator helps you compare the real total costs across Beehiiv, Substack, Kit, and Ghost — not just headline pricing, but platform fees, payment processing fees, and projected future costs.

You enter your current numbers: subscriber count, paid member count, your subscription pricing, and expected growth rate. The tool then estimates what each platform will actually cost you today and as your audience scales.

The results give you a ranked comparison of platforms based on your specific situation. You can see exactly how much you might save by switching — or confirm you're already on the right platform.

The comparison is fully independent — no platform pays to rank higher in results. Pricing data is regularly reviewed to stay accurate as platforms update their fee structures.

This is particularly useful for creators approaching pricing tiers, operators considering a platform switch, or anyone launching a paid newsletter who wants to model costs before committing. Instead of manually reading through each platform's pricing page, you get a side-by-side breakdown tailored to your numbers.
